The Legislation under which the Transport Industry operates is comparable only to the Nuclear Industry and can be difficult to keep up with. PTS have consultants on hand to assist in the interpretation and implementation of legislation as it is released by government, the latest being EC561/2006, new Drivers' Hours Regulations effective from April 2007 which change many aspects of the existing EC Regulations relating to Drivers' Hours.

Our training courses, on many industry subjects, have a duration of one day to intensive one week sessions depending on the type of course and can be undertaken in-house at the company premises or externally at a convenient venue.
